Immediate digital supply
By continuing to payment for a digital download, you confirm that supply should begin immediately after payment is confirmed.
Once immediate supply begins, the usual 14-day cancellation right for distance sales no longer applies to that digital content.
When to contact us
- A file does not download after payment confirmation.
- A download is corrupted or materially not as described.
- You were charged more than expected or experienced a duplicate payment.
How we handle issues
Where there is a genuine delivery, quality, or billing problem, we will review the order and aim to provide a replacement download, correction, or refund where appropriate.
